Peace offers several opportunities for faith formation.
Sunday School meets Sunday morning at 8:45 AM for music and 9 AM for class, September through May. Children age 3 through 8th grade are grouped with their peers to learn the powerful stories and truths of the Bible. High school youth meet together in the youth house for lively discussions of faith and life. Adults join together for a systematic study of the books of the Bible with great discussion on how these passages apply to our lives.
PEEP (Peace Early Education Preschool) is a program sharing Christ’s love with children ages 3 to 5 led by Dee Jalas. Classes meet in the morning two or three days a week. Tuition is charged.
PACE (Peace After-school Christian Education) is a weekly after-school program preparing children for confirmation of their faith in the ninth grade. Grades 5-6 meet Wednesdays at 4 PM to study a survey of the Bible. Grades 7-8 meet Wednesdays at 5 PM to study Luther’s Small Catechism.
Crossways is a two-year, 60-lesson Biblical survey that opens up the Scriptures in powerful ways. With 40 units on the Old Testament and inter-testamental period and 20 units on the New Testament, Crossways serves as the ultimate travel guide for an unforgettable, in-depth journey through the Bible. Students learn to understand the unique message of each book of the Bible in relation to all the others. Using over 160 full-color teaching graphics, Crossways helps people see the connections between Old and New Testaments like never before.
Financial Peace University is a 13 session course on money management, learning to manage your money instead of the other way around.
